Well, I can honestly say that yahoo small business for web hosting is beyond awful. I switched to GoDaddy just today. The price is similar and tech support is not in India. I advise everyone to stay away from their lousy service. I have a friend who is a web developer and knows the ins and outs of WordPress. He said that it should have been an easy fix on yahoo’s end to resolve the issue they caused and that was a problem with the yroot password that some technician changed, whatever that means, and for some unknown reason he changed it. This has been going on for one month. Then tech support decided that my issue had been resolved and closed the incident number. Really? This has been time-consuming talking to incompetent support, sending emails, and listening to the horrible music while on hold.
Never never, never use yahoo. Another company is taking over their web hosting. My guess is their support will be worse. Bottomline is I lost all my previous blog posts and starting from scratch.
Stay away from yahoo small business at all costs.
